What are my shipping options?

USPS ground priority shipping is available on all domestic orders. We are unable to ship to U.S. Territories and P.O. Boxes at this time. 

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order confirmation unless otherwise stated on the product details. All orders received before 2pm CST will be processed same day; any orders placed after 2pm CST will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 2pm CST will ship the following Monday.

How do I track my order?

An order confirmation email will be sent to you with your order number, billing last name, and email address and tracking number.

How do I change or cancel my order?

I am not able to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been placed. You may contact me Noha@nohanadler.com with questions or concerns within 1 hour of placing your order .

What is your return or exchange policy?

All exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Exchange items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. Please see our return policy for more information.
